Browsing & guided questions

You can read education and resource answers without submitting contact details. Guided answers and reflection notes remain in the open page and clear when you leave or reload. The site does not submit them automatically. The longer course stores only module-completion numbers in your browser so you can return to it on the same device. You can clear that progress in the course reader.

Support requests

If you submit the support form, the site stores your name, email, request type, broad routing category, brief optional question, communication permissions, submission time, a reference identifier, the chosen class date when applicable, a basic source page and campaign source, and the permission-notice version. It also records an operational item for later follow-up connection. Follow-up notifications are not active in this version.

Do not submit detailed allegations, court documents, medical information, account numbers, or another person’s private information. A request does not establish an engagement, confidentiality privilege, or partner consent.

Separate permissions

Permission to respond to your request is required for submission. Educational email updates are optional and separate. No promotional email or SMS is sent by this version.
