Education and neutral process support

Harmony Point does not choose a relationship outcome, provide legal advice or representation, or guarantee a settlement, completion schedule, or court approval. Counseling and mediation serve different roles.

Engagement & payment

The Cooperative Separation offer is $7,395 for up to 30 professional hours, payable in full before services begin. Additional authorized time is $285/hour. Court and outside-professional costs are separate.

After human acceptance and all three required signatures, Harmony Point issues a $7,395 invoice to the designated payer. Full payment is required before services begin. Refund and cancellation terms follow the engagement agreement and applicable law.

Working agreement

The current engagement agreement is provided separately for each required signer to review before signing. It sets out the engagement scope, fees, refund and cancellation terms, confidentiality, professional roles, and other conditions.
