LEARN FIRST

Considering separation?
Start with understanding.

You can learn about mediation without choosing it. Free education is available if you are exploring alone, if your partner is not participating, or if you are unsure what comes next.

A joint paid engagement requires appropriate voluntary participation and a human review of scope, suitability, and relevant legal-process context.

Notice and authorization before additional work

At the additional-time rate, 30 hours would equal $8,550. The fixed $7,395 package is $1,155 less. This compares Harmony Point’s own rates, not a market average.

Separate costs & professional roles

Court filing and service fees, attorney fees, independent legal review, tax advice, appraisals, retirement-order specialists, refinancing, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in writing.

Review, revisions & payment holds

There is no guarantee of a settlement or court approval. Appropriate later revisions may use remaining included time, or additional authorized time at $285/hour. Services begin after the full engagement fee has been paid. Refunds and cancellations follow the final engagement agreement and applicable law.
